Naval Mobile Construction Battalion graduates their third apprentice

Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 Civic Action Team (CAT) Palau, in coordination with the Palauan Community Action Agency (PCAA), graduates their third apprentice under the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) curriculum. Donflyn Kerradel (front left) completed the 12 month program as a Mechanic Apprentice. Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Eric Christopher (back left) was his final mentor during his apprenticeship training. NMCB 133 CAT Palau’s mission is to provide a continuous favorable U.S. military presence, educate technical skills to local residents, and to partner with Palau in basic infrastructure development. CAT Palau is an NCCER training unit under the sponsorship of the Guam Contractors Association.
